Roger Stone's Daily Freak Show (formerly, the GOP)
and announcing a new series, on where this Freak Show is determined to take us
“American democracy simply cannot function without two equally healthy and equally strong political parties. So today, in my view, there is no Republican Party to counter the Democratic Party in the country. And for that reason, American democracy is in grave peril.”
- J. Michael Luttig, former Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, who advised former Vice President Mike Pence on how to handle the January 6, 2021, election certification vote.

Our as yet un-indicted host, Roger Stone:
First of all, let’s be clear: There is no Republican Party. It is the Party of Trump.
And I, Con Don Pal, should know.
Today, a free peek behind the curtain of Con Don’s long-running freak show, this week featuring four mutants ghoulishly performing under the Boss’s bewitching evil spell:
Ronna Not-Romney McDaniel slavishly spent the last eight years in so many obsequious and prostrating positions, trying desperately to please Boss Con Don. Her reward? “YOU”RE FIRED!” Unkind, right?
But then NBC served up $300k per annum for Not-Romney to tell tales out of school, YET SHE COULD NOT DO IT.
Thus, I present Trump freak of nature Numero Uno, the late, fake chair of the RNC, Ronna Not-Romney McDaniel. Simply unable to exist out of the methane-rich environment of the Trump menagerie. She reportedly awaits an offer from Uncle Mitt - to mind the dog when the Romney family vacations. Or maybe not:
McDaniel eyes big payout after NBC drama: The former RNC chair is in talks with a prominent media talent lawyer about potential legal claims. https://www.politico.com/news/2024/03/27/ronna-mcdaniel-nbc-contract-00149274
Jeffrey Clark, my man, shares Not-Romney’s disordered emotional/mental/Pavlov’s Dog state of being, staking everything on the prospects not only of a Trump 2025 pardon but also a shot at Merrick Garland’s job as Attorney General (or becoming the next John Dean at the Trump White House). Mrs. Stone counts her blessings daily that I simply assert the 5th amendment repeatedly and otherwise stay the hell out of sight - even as rumors abound that I, Roger Stone, as Boss Trump’s soto capo, directed (very indirectly, in true soto capo style) the murder of a certain Congressman or two. For Christ’s sake, people, I’m not Italian.
“[Jeffrey Clark,] the environmental lawyer whom Donald Trump wanted to take over the Justice Department in the days before the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol repeatedly asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during a disbarment hearing [yestarday].” https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/how-trump-appointees-curbed-a-consumer-protection-agency-loathed-by-the-gop/2018/12/04/
“[Clark’s] efforts to help then-President Donald Trump overturn the 2020 election were characterized Tuesday as a coup attempt by Washington, D.C., Office of Disciplinary Counsel”. [Italics added]

“Clark would be “100 percent shortlist” for the nation’s top law enforcement position or else White House Counsel if Trump returned to the Oval Office, said Stephen K. Bannon, the Trump ally and onetime White House strategist, who has hosted Clark on his far-right “War Room” show.”
Keri Lake, what can I add to that performance of hers yesterday?
Only this: Who, in their right mind, forgets my Rule No. One - Say nothing, absolutely nothing, in public. Keri’s delusion? She thinks she is Con Don. For God’s sake, Arizona is no New York City and she is no Con Don.
And when will the lesson be learned? Trump saves no one but himself. Even I know that. So, Keri, good luck with contesting the damages from that huge defamation law suit that you, in your infinite wisdom, elected not to defend.
What a freak of political nature!

Limelight driven John Eastman, like Jeffrey Clark, unwisely supported Trump’s claims of a stolen election, and he too wound up in a disbarment proceeding and worst. Unbelievably, Eastman showed zero remorse in the proceeding. Even I know when it’s time to shout “Forgive me, Jesus!” What on earth is wrong with Eastman? Surely he knows that while White Christian Nationalists are in fact white, they do not practice even the basic tenets of Christianity, certainly not not the cardinal virtues.
(OK, folks, do I really need to spell them out for you? F-A-I-T-H, H-O-P-E and
L-O-V-E, and their twins, the classical virtues: Temperance, wisdom, courage and justice.
Gosh, maybe virtue deficiency is the best test of eligibility for a place in the Trump Freak Show. Gotta let the Boss know.
Thanks for coming. And stay tuned - the VP try-outs are still come.
